This will be my first time in four seasons that I won’t be working Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in NYC. While it kills me not to be there, I am thankful that they lifestream it and that all of my classrooms have internet (sorry professors). Happy night before Fashion Week!

A few weeks ago I saw Coco Cafe posted on Rachel Zoe’s Instagram and instantly wanted to try it! Well, someone had asked where to buy it and they mentioned some random local store, so I lost hope of finding it. The other day I was at Kroger and saw it on the shelf and was more excited than I had been about anything in a long time! Usually I’m not a huge fan of coconut water, but this stuff was AMAZING! It’s the perfect blend of rich espresso and just a hint of sweetness. Also, coconut water is extremely healthy; it is full of electrolytes and potassium so Coco Cafe is much more hydrating than a regular latte.

In this months issue of Vogue, Cusp by Neiman Marcus had a multi-page advertising campaign that caught my attention. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Cusp, it’s known as a ‘shop-in-shop’ – these boutique format shops are usually located within a Neiman Marcus and feature some of their more contemporary lines. On Instagram recently I’ve seen some of my favorite designers (such as BCBG MAXAZRIA and Badgley Mischka) post adorable bags that have “You Can’t Fake Fashion” printed on them. After some investiagting, I learned that the CFDA has partnered with eBay to bring awareness about the dangers of counterfeits to the fashion industry. Ninety top designers are auctioning their own one-of-a-kind totes on ebay. Can’t afford $1,000 for a bag? You can also buy a limited edition CFDA tote on eBay for $50 (image above) without having to bid (anyone who wants to buy me one would be loved forever)! Here are some of my favorite designs!
