Quote of the Day: A New Beginning
Happy New Years Eve!!!! What is it about a new year that makes us want to change everything in our life; our habits, our weight, our finances? Gyms are always packed in January with people who want to start the year off right and slowly throughout the year that gym becomes emptier as people get busy and forget about their goals. I love this quote because it talks about how usually it’s an event, not a new year that gives us a new beginning. I’ve always heard the saying, “At any power you have to power to choose how your story ends.” Do you need a new beginning? Then begin! Don’t think that just because “you’ve tried to before” or “it didn’t work it the past” doesn’t mean that this year can’t be different. Don’t forget to see the good in the things you have done and the things you still need to hold onto as you move into 2013!
