I found this quote a while back and it has since been one of my favorites. I think one of the most crucial parts of growing up is deciding who you are and what you love, not what your family loved or what society tells you to love, but truly what makes you happy. Have you ever been having a conversation with a friend or reading a really good book and when you look at the time hours have passed when it seemed like minutes? I think that society tries to tell us what we should love or who we should be, when in reality once we find what we love, what we would happily spend hours doing, we in a sense find ourself. I hope that you can spend your life doing what you truly love!
